FAQ: Do you have any spare parts for your Tap Timers?
A: Pope does not keep spare parts, however there is a 12 month replacement warranty on all Tap Timers.
FAQ: The dye from the Pope gloves has coloured my hands. Is this ok?
A: The dye in Pope Gloves is Vegetable based and non-toxic.
FAQ: Which Pope hose doesn’t kink?
A: Pope have many hoses with a high kink resistance, with our Superflex receiving a 9/10 rating.
FAQ: I have high water pressure, what tap timer should I use?
A: Our 4 main recommended Tap Timers are Digi Flow, Easy Set, Digital Set or Multi Program.
You should always look for a Tap Timer with a diaphragm or a solenoid valve.
